Awe these two… Alex + Adam are getting married in July!  We spent a couple hours together a couple weeks ago on one of the most beautiful Portland mornings.  They chose Mt. Tabor for their location.  It was so perfect.  I’m so happy and honored that I get to see them say I DO.

On April 1st, Alix + Jesse said “I do” in front of their immediate family on the PERFECT spring day.  The sun was shining bright.  Flowers were blooming.  Birds were chirping.  After I arrived we walked the property taking pictures.  The ceremony was held in the Red Fox Room…. the most adorable and cozy room that fit their family perfectly.  After the first kiss we all celebrated with a champagne toast…. and of course I participated.  🙂

I’m so happy to know these two.  I first met Alix at Starbucks.  She found me on Instagram <yes> and thankfully reached out to see if I was available to photograph her April 1st wedding.  I was.  I’m so excited for the wedding which is at one of my favorite venues Mcmenamins Edgefield.  Spring is ahead of schedule this year so I’m hoping for lots of blooming flowers.

Alix + Jesse decided on Willamette Falls which made of a great backdrop.  We had a great time getting to know each other while walking along the trail.  Toward the end of our session we found the most beautiful camellia tree which made us all very happy.  Please enjoy only a few of my favorites from this engagement session.

Happy Valentines Day everyone!!  These two lovebirds were married last November…. it was a beautiful day filled with overall happiness and love!  Fast forward a couple months, we decided to head up to Mt. Hood for a few more adorable pictures.  We played in the snow, sipped on hot cocoa and even trespassed onto someone’s front porch.  (the weren’t home I hope) 🙂  It was a great day!
